On April 6, Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport and Communications and Transport and Transport Training Group (STC – Group) opened a Marine Training and Human Resource Center.
This is a joint venture between the above two units with 3 tasks: training, training and certification for Vietnamese crew members; recruiting crew members to meet seafarers export standards; job introduction for seafarers at shipping companies at home and abroad.
The Center also conducts short-term courses, designed according to market requirements in the fields of river, coastal, ocean, basic training of fishing vessels, fostering port management and sea transport.
