Selected students are prepared by UT-STC for first of all their cadet time on board via a dedicated training program, additional to their university education, with an emphasize on English and practical skills by using simulators.
In this way selected students are thus fully equipped with all required knowledge and to integrate and adapt to their new professional environment.
